When we collect and process your personal data through our website or in service provision to your company, we act as a data controller. However, when we access and process your personal data as part of information and documentation provided by our clients, we process such personal data as data processor on behalf of our client. In that case, our client remains the data controller.

What information do we collect?

From website contact form users:

  • Company name
  • Email address

From contact persons at our clients:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Company name
  • Function title
  • Email address
  • Telephone number

This personal information is required if you or your company wish to use our services. Without such information, we may not be able to contact you or provide requested services.

Personal information may also be made available to us by our clients as part of information and documentation provided. We process such data only as data processor.

What do we use this information for?

We use your information to:

  • Respond to your request to be contacted by us
  • Provide you or your company with requested services
  • Engage in client relationship management
  • Improve the functionalities of our website and/or service provision

Your information will only be processed in the framework of performance of the contract between you/your company and us or if we have a legitimate interest that will not harm your privacy protection rights and aligns with your reasonable expectations.

With your consent, we may send emails updating you on or inviting you to our activities, events and challenges. You may unsubscribe anytime via the unsubscribe button in emails or by sending an email to info@tomorrowlab.be.

Do we share your information with anyone?

We may share your personal data with third party service providers we use to provide our services (e.g. IT service providers, external consultants). Such service providers act as (sub)processors on our behalf, with necessary data processing agreements in place.

Otherwise, your personal data will not be shared with third parties, unless required by law or governmental order.

Your personal data will typically not be transferred outside the European Economic Area. Should this become necessary, we will take appropriate safeguards, such as signing European Commission standard contractual clauses.

How long do we store your information?

We will not retain your personal data longer than necessary for collection purposes.

Unless you've given permission for marketing purposes, we retain data for:

  • Maximum of 3 years after obtaining it (website data)
  • Maximum of 10 years following the end of our contractual relationship (service agreement data)

If you've consented to marketing use, your data will be kept for maximum 1 year after consent withdrawal.

We cannot delete certain personal data if there is a legal retention obligation or if we may need such data for legal proceedings.

How are your personal data secured?

We have taken all reasonable and appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against accidental or intentional manipulation, alteration, disclosure, loss, misuse, destruction or unauthorized access.

Your rights regarding your data?

The European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) grants you several rights. Provided you meet legal conditions and modalities, you can request:

  • Deletion of your personal data
  • Correction of incorrect or incomplete data
  • Transfer of your data to another service provider
  • Restriction of personal data processing
  • Termination of personal data processing

To exercise these rights, send your request by email to info@tomorrowlab.com. We may not grant your request if you do not fulfill GDPR conditions.

To verify your identity, enclose a copy of the front of your identity card with each request. After verification, we will destroy such copy. We will respond as soon as possible, but within four weeks.

You may exercise all these rights free of charge, unless your request is manifestly unfounded or excessive. In such cases, we may charge a reasonable fee or refuse compliance.

What cookies and similar technologies do we use?
